QI MATERIALS CORP.

Ontario Natural Hydrogen Projects

QIMC has expanded its proven INRS‑co‑developed natural hydrogen exploration model into Ontario via a strategic partnership with DiagnaMed (CSE:DMED) and INRS. The Ontario campaign involves more than 2,000 soil gas samples across DiagnaMed’s property adjacent to QIMC’s Temiscamingue region holdings.

QIMC also holds active Ontario exploration permits (e.g., Armstrong, Brethour, Whitewood Grove, and Tomstown areas) where the joint program is underway.

Ville Marie Natural Hydrogen Project

QIMC is advancing its flagship St‑Bruno‑de‑Guigues project, where shallow wells have yielded hydrogen concentrations exceeding 7,000 ppm, rising to over 21,000 ppm near 75 m depth.

A permitted Phase 1 drilling program (~5,000 m) is underway to characterize the subsurface geology, faults, porosity and permeability QIMC has expanding land holdings and partnering with INRS and regional First Nations to optimize exploration protocols.

Nova Scotia Natural Hydrogen Project

QIMC and Q Precious & Battery Metals Corp. (QMET) signed a strategic exploration agreement in May 2025 to target natural hydrogen (H₂) and helium across the Cobequid and Chedabucto fault systems in Nova Scotia.

QIMC and INRS are currently conducting proprietary soil‑gas sampling, Over 1,000 samples along key fault lines has produced multiple soil gas samples of over 1000 ppm including a record high 5588ppm in West Advocate Nova Scotia.

Minnesota Natural Hydrogen Project

QIMC has partnered with Orvian Natural Resources I LLC to acquire a 1,600-acre land package within Minnesota’s Duluth Complex for clean natural hydrogen exploration The geologic structures closely mirror QIMC’s proven St‑Bruno‑de‑Guigues hydrogen model, developed with INRS.

Positioned adjacent to competitor Koloma’s claims, this U.S. expansion marks a strategic U.S. footprint for QIMC’s hydrogen-led growth plans.

Nova Scotia Property

QIMC press release dated June 10th, 2025, announced its Nova Scotia Hydrogen Exploration Initiative for the summer/fall of 2025 exploration with extensive soil gas sampling program involving over 1,000 strategically collected samples along identified key fault zones and promising geological structures within the Cumberland basin.

In press releases dated August 25th, 2025 report major results from its latest geochemical soil gas survey for its 1st reported zone in Nova Scotia, the West Advocate area of Cumberland Township. The program identified multiple high-concentration hydrogen anomalies, 21 samples returned values above 1,000 ppm, highlighted by results of 2,047 ppm, 2,458 ppm, 2,885 ppm, and capped by the highest hydrogen soil gas concentration ever recorded by QIMC — 5,558 ppm.

On Sept 3rd, 2025, QIMC announced the confirmation of a second major natural hydrogen zone in Nova Scotia. Following the Company’s record-setting results at West Advocate, identified a continuous 4 km anomalous line at Eastern Advocate (Bennett Hill Road section), averaging 623 ppm H₂ with a high of 2,247 ppm.
